About Our Amenities
At The Reserve, the weekend is yours to design. Every booking starts with our fully-loaded Base Package, but the real magic happens when you start customizing. Our amenities and additional services are tools you can use to personalized your experience. Some enhance the overall weekend, think ATV rides and Paintball matches. While others are designed to elevate the event day itself, like extra spaces to enhance your layout, or trusted vendors to simplify your planning. All of the additional services we offer are grouped into three main categories: Amenities, Spaces, and Vendors.
Each of these category are outlined below, providing you with an overview of the options we have available, and a detailed look at what each one includes. Whether you’re envisioning a weekend full of adventure, a seamless turn-key event, or something in between – this is where it all comes together.
Amenities
Turn your weekend up a notch with our awesome adrenaline-pumping Amenities. Whether you’re filling time, giving your guests something to do, or just trying something new - these are a great way to turn your stay into an experience. We have four great options to choose from, along with a handful of special “Experience Amenities” coming soon (like fishing charters, private chef workshops, and more). Vendors
Take your event day to the next level with our talented team of trusted In-House Vendors. Whether you’re looking to create a Turn-Key package, or you want to simplify your planning with an All-Inclusive experience, our partners are some of the best in the area. And when you book one of our vendors, we handle the planning on their behalf, meaning you just deal with one point of contact - not a dozen. We have 9 different options to choose from, along with a comprehensive list of add-ons and enhancements (like Champagne Toast, Club-Style Lighting, and Passed Appetizers to name a few). Spaces
Expand your layout and enhance your event flow with our beautiful event spaces. While your Base Package includes all the room you need, combining these spaces can create a more engaging and dynamic experience for your guests. You can also use these spaces to enhance your stay. For example, rent The Pavilion to make DIY pizzas in our traditional brick oven, or challenge your fiends to billiards with The Pavilion’s pool table. Whatever the reason, we have five great options to choose from, one of which is automatically included (The Sunset Field). How It Works
Customizing your weekend with our Vendors, Spaces, and Amenities is easy. Simply download a copy of our Price Guide by visiting our Packages Tab, or reach out and we’ll send you a copy. This Price Guide will contain a full list of our add-ons, along with their prices and inclusions. From there, just reach out and we’ll provide you with a personalized quote!
