
Q: What’s Included With Every Booking?
A: Every rental includes a two-night three-day stay, two houses (sleeps a total of 16), access to 15 private acres, a treehouse, fire pits, games, zipline, decks, full event day, event planning assistant, event day staff, table, chairs, linens, setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
Q: How Does Pricing Work?
A: Each rental comes pre-loaded with everything noted above, this is your “Base Package”. From there, you can enhance your weekend experience with optional add-ons, like: Amenities (ATVs, Paintball, Shooting Range, etc.), Vendor Services (DJ, Catering, Bartender, etc.), Event Spaces (The Pavilion, The Hanger, The Bootlegger Bar, etc.), and more. We’ve even pre-built a few All-Inclusive packages for you to choose from, these packages feature different combinations of the “Base Package” and “Add-Ons”. Everything is adjustable and customizable, reach out for a copy of our price guide, and from there we’re happy to walk you through the process!
Q: How Many People Can The Property Accommodate?
A: The two houses that come with your rental can accommodate up to 16 overnight guests, but our event capacity is much larger. Based on how you choose to set things up, for events the property can hold anywhere between 20 and 300+ guests.
Q: Do I Have To Use Your Vendors?
A: Not at all, we’re flexible! While we have a full team of in-house vendors that you can choose from, you’re welcome to bring in your own if you prefer. You can even mix and match our vendors with your own.
Q: What Happens In Case Of Bad Weather?
A: We’ve got you covered (literally). The Pavilion and Hanger are both great indoor options if the weather becomes moody, and many of our amenities are also “all-weather”. Besides that, we will always have a Plan B on hand, and our team is ready to adjust quickly if needed during your event.
Q: Do I Really Have The Whole Property For The Weekend?
A: Yes, other than some of our amenities and event spaces being optional add-ons, you have full reign of the entire property for the weekend! There are no shared spaces, no rushed schedules - once you check in, it’s yours. We only host one event at a time, so you and your guests can settle in, celebrate, and breathe.
Q: Is This Just A Wedding Venue?
A: While we do have a phenomenal wedding planning team on site, we do it all. We host birthday weekends, company retreats, organizational outings (like JROTC, The Boys & Girls Club, etc.), family reunions, and more. If your gathering needs something more than a banquet hall, you’ll fit in perfectly here.
Q: What Makes This Venue Different?
A: Where do we begin? Most venues give you six hours, a pre-set a timeline, and four-walls. Here, you get a full weekend, 15 acres, 2 houses, amenities, fire pits, a full event planning team, ongoing support, and much much more. We encourage creativity, and we want you to plan your event (and your weekend) your way. We’re here to help, and we can’t see what you dream up! That’s what makes us different.
Q: Can I Add On Activities Like Paintball Or ATVs?
A: Absolutely! We offer a long list of add-ons, from shooting range access, paintball, UTVs, and ATV rides. We also have additional “Experiences”, like to pizza workshops, private chef dinners, shooting instructors, fishing charters, guided trail rides, and more. Q: Will Someone Help Me Plan All This?
A: 100%, our team handles the planning, coordination, vendor wrangling, day-of setup, execution, breakdown, cleanup, and more. If fact, any vendors that you book with us, we handle as well (no need to keep track of a dozen conversations at once). Put simply, every event or wedding reservation includes a dedicated in-house event planner, day-of coordinator, and a full event day team. You dream it, we help make it happen.
Q: Can I Customize Everything?
A: Yes, that’s exactly how we set this up. We don’t do cookie-cutter, everything from your layout, vendors, spaces, timeline, and vibe are shaped around your weekend vision. Packages are adjustable, plans are personal, and the resulting experience is all yours.
