Welcome to The Venue tab, this page will walk you through The Reserve and how everything works.  We’ll start with an overview of the property, the spaces, and our accommodations.  From there, we’ll explain how events work, the services we include, and the support we provide. And finally, we’ll introduce all of the optional amenities, vendors, and add-ons that we have available.  Everything here is designed to help you understand what’s included, what’s possible, and how it all comes together.  Let’s dive in!

The Spaces Behind The Experience

A Tour Of The Property

 

Located on 15 acres of private land in the heart of Indiantown Florida, The Reserve blends rustic charm, natural aesthetics, and modern elements to bring you a property that is both visually distinct and functionally flexible.  The layout here is intentionally open yet deliberately connected, offering the ability to host events of any size without losing the sense of togetherness.  In fact, this aspect is one of the many things that makes The Reserve so unique.  Unlike most locations that are either too large or too small, here, you can throw a family getaway for 15 guests, or a grand wedding celebration for 200, and still be comfortable.  With a mix of open rolling fields, wood-lined trails, towering trees, five event spaces, and two houses, there’s something to discover around every corner.

Learn About Your Stay

Every reservation includes two fully furnished homes at the center of the property.  Great for relaxing between activities, hosting game nights, getting ready before your ceremony, or just enjoying the quiet – these act as your homebase for the weekend.  Each house comes equipped with all of the essentials, like washers, dryers, private workspaces, Wi-Fi, TVs, and more.  Between the two, you’ll have 12 beds, 4 bathrooms, and the ability to comfortably sleep up to 16 guests.  Here’s a look at everything that is included with your accommodations:

The Event Spaces

The Reserve At TBT features five beautifully distinct event spaces.  Each rental comes with access to the surrounding property, and The Sunset Field event space. From there, you can mix and match our other four spaces to create a layout and an event flow that works for you.  Here’s a look at each of the five event spaces:

 
 

The Sunset Field

Our largest space, included with every rental.  This sprawling open-air field is located in the center of the property, framed by towering trees and vibrant unobstructed skies, it’s a great location for ceremonies, tented receptions, string-lit dinners, or camping under the stars.

The Dual Stages

Two covered, raised stages facing each other across an open-air courtyard.  With bench seating in the middle, built-in power, and room to dance, this space is as flexible as it is fun.  Host an acoustic set, a DJ battle, or a full-on reception under the open sky.  It’s ideal for live music, ceremonies, team meetings, group activities, or anything that calls for energy and atmosphere.

The Pavilion

A screened-in, open-air covered structure with a traditional brick pizza oven, a pool table, ping pong table, fans, grills and plenty of space for dinners, dancing, and mingling.  This is the most common addition for events and celebrations, providing an excellent area to end your night or anchor your afternoon.

Bootlegger Bar

A converted shipping container turned cocktail bar, complete with prep counters, sinks, beer taps, and everything you need to serve and sip in style.  The bar is connected to an overhang and a built-in patio with string lights, lounge seating, and a firepit.  With the charm of a hidden speakeasy, this space is best used for pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, or late-night conversations that stretch past midnight.

The Hanger

A fully enclosed, industrial-style hanger with high ceilings and concrete floors.  This is your go-to for dancing, late-night celebration, or vibrant neon-themed parties.  It’s unique, versatile, and ready for everything from a linen-draped reception to a silent disco dance party.

Structure, Support, & Execution

Events At The Reserve

The Reserve is more than just an area to celebrate - its a full end-to-end event experience. Powered by Head Table Hospitality, every rental includes a complete event team who is with you from the moment of booking through to the day of your event. They provide full planning support, timeline creation, floor plan design, and even 24/7 assistance if you have questions or need suggestions (yes, literally 24/7). On the day of your event, they handle setup, breakdown, cleanup, and full timeline coordination. From setup to sendoff, our team is there to make sure your day unfolds smoothly, beautifully, and exactly the way you imagined.


 
 

Included Essentials

Your rental also includes complimentary tables (round & rectangular), white resin chairs, and table linens in your choice of color, all pre-set and ready to go.  

In-House Vendors

Your Weekend Starts Here

Packages & Booking

The Reserve is a venue, a getaway, and an adventure all rolled into one amazing location.  Every rental comes fully loaded with all of the great inclusions that we outlined above, for one flat price – no taxes, no fees, and no nonsense.  Booking is simple too, sign a contract, pay a reasonable deposit, and from there your remaining balance is split into multiple payments, spread out between the date of booking and the date of your event.  To learn more about prices, packages, and booking click the button below, or reach out and one of our team will walk you through the process.  But before you do, we’d like to make one last point about The Reserve.
