There’s no shortage of traditional venues out there, but The Reserve at TBT wasn’t built to be one of them.  This isn’t a barn, it’s not a four-walled ballroom, and it’s certainly not a country club.  This is something entirely new, something different, something exciting – this is South Florida’s first weekend experience venue.

We took everything that makes “normal” venues great, and we dialed it up to 100.  Instead of renting a simple event space for one night, here, you get an expansive 15-acre adventure-filled property for two nights and three days.  You get two beautifully furnished homes, a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, a dedicated team of event staff, and a long list of amenities to choose from.  These amenities aren’t aisle runners and table numbers, we’re talking about ATVs, UTVs, paintball, a gun range, firepits, riding trails, zip lines, and plenty more.  We want to be clear, this isn’t a summer camp, and it’s not an adventure park – this is your own private playground, your starting point for an incredible weekend that will leave your guests talking long after the music ends.

It begs the question:  “Why have a day, when you can have a weekend?”

The Reserve is powered by the team behind Head Table Hospitality, company that designs and operates unique event spaces all across South Florida.  Whether you’re planning a wedding, a birthday party, or a corporate retreat, you not only get the fun and freedom of a private getaway, but you also get the structure and support of a fully managed venue.  Your weekend can unfold however you want it to, but when it’s time for the main event, everything will come together perfectly.  

Whether you’re hosting 20 guests or 200+, every reservation includes tables, chairs, linens, setup, breakdown, cleanup, and Head Table’s dedicated team. We assist with planning, timeline creation, floor plan design, and day-of coordination.  In fact, we’ve even built a series of optional packages that you can choose from, ranging from “Just The Weekend”, to full blown “All-Inclusive” – each one offering a different combination of vendors, services, and on-site amenities.

Located in the heart of Indiantown, The Reserve isn’t just spacious – it’s stacked!  Two homes, 15 acres, 5 event spaces, 6 optional amenities, 8 partnered vendors, and three days to do it all.  Every corner of the property is built to be used, explored, experienced, and brought to life – from wide-open fields to tree-lined trails, from firepits to live music stages, a rustic pavilion, pizza oven, industrial party-hanger, and a speakeasy cocktail bar, the list goes on.  Why settle for one night in a boring-ballroom when you can have a full weekend of ATV rides, wood-fired dinners, breathtaking sunsets, and romantic evenings under the stars?

Three Incredible Days

How It All Comes Together

Let us paint a picture:

You check in Friday afternoon, the houses are set, the welcome drinks are stocked, and your crew settles in.  That night you kick things off with a casual cookout at the Pavilion, followed by a firepit s’more session or a late-night round of cornhole, and you end with music at the Bootlegger Bar.

Saturday starts with a guided trail ride or a few adrenaline-pumping rounds of paintball.  After that, your group splits up for breakout sessions, one throws a DIY pizza workshop, the other goes fishing.  In the afternoon, it’s all about fun – ATV rides, zip-lining, and cool cocktails in the shade.

That evening, you host your main event, dinner under the string lights, a toast at the bar, a quick photo session in the field, and late night dancing in the Hanger. Sunday?  Brunch, coffee, recap, slow goodbyes… or maybe one last ATV ride before checkout.

Planning your event at The Reserve might be easier than you think.  Every reservation includes everything you need to have an amazing event and a great weekend, this is our “Base Package” (listed below).  From there you can build on this base to create your weekend, your way.  Here’s how it works:
